Augova builds AI automation for small and mid-sized businesses: the phone line, the document pile, and the manual steps between a booking and a paid invoice. I co-founded it in August 2026 and co-lead it as co-president.

• •Voice agents that answer on the first ring, 24/7, in five languages, book appointments live on the call, and sync a transcript, summary, and lead fields to the CRM after every call.
• •Document intelligence that reads, classifies, and files documents as they arrive, and answers questions about an archive with citations back to the source.
• •Process automation for scheduling, invoicing, ticketing, and follow-ups, triggered by real events instead of someone remembering.
• •Custom AI for workflows nothing off the shelf fits: agentic pipelines and models trained on a client's own domain data, built into web and mobile products end to end.

Appli is an AI hiring and professional-marketplace platform, the LinkedIn-style side of recruiting rather than the job-board side. I work on the backend.

• •Sole developer of the community recommendation engine, now in production across four services.
• •Built the connections and followers social graph behind 14 REST endpoints.
• •Cut p50 endpoint latency 5.4× by replacing an N+1 read pattern with fixed three-round-trip batch hydration.
• •Shipped the nightly Activity Score job, a half-life decay over dozens of weighted event types.

• •Developed and trained U-Net segmentation models in PyTorch and TensorFlow to localize early-stage disease markers, tuning architecture depth and augmentation for small clinical datasets.
• •Wrote Python preprocessing pipelines that normalize heterogeneous imaging inputs, later extended with Stable Diffusion synthesis.

• •Provided day-to-day IT support for a medical practice.
• •Maintained the practice's website and digital infrastructure.
